目的：探讨巨大结肠脂肪瘤的临床诊断与手术治疗效果。方法以我院近期诊治的1例及既往文献报道的8例巨大结肠脂肪瘤患者作为研究对象，分别回顾性分析病例的影像学与实验室病理检查结果，总结临床治疗方法与效果，进而判断巨大结肠脂肪瘤的临床诊疗措施。结果9例患者中7例在术前检查中均诊断为结肠脂肪瘤，2例患者在手术病理实验后获得明确诊断。所有病例均获手术成功，术后随访复查中腹部超声与立体腹部X线片均未见异常，同时未发生切口感染、肿块残余等不良事件，均获得良好的治愈效果。结论巨大结肠脂肪瘤相对少见，影像学检查有助于诊断和鉴别诊断，最终依赖术后病理确诊，治疗以手术切除为主，预后好。
목적：탐토거대결장지방류적림상진단여수술치료효과。방법이아원근기진치적1례급기왕문헌보도적8례거대결장지방류환자작위연구대상，분별회고성분석병례적영상학여실험실병리검사결과，총결림상치료방법여효과，진이판단거대결장지방류적림상진료조시。결과9례환자중7례재술전검사중균진단위결장지방류，2례환자재수술병리실험후획득명학진단。소유병례균획수술성공，술후수방복사중복부초성여입체복부X선편균미견이상，동시미발생절구감염、종괴잔여등불량사건，균획득량호적치유효과。결론거대결장지방류상대소견，영상학검사유조우진단화감별진단，최종의뢰술후병리학진，치료이수술절제위주，예후호。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of giant colon lipoma.MethodsNine cases of giant colon lipoma were retrospectively analyzed to explore the radiological and pathological features, the clinical treatment methods and results, and to evaluate the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect.ResultsSeven cases were diagnosed preoperatively, two cases were diagnosed after surgical pathology. All cases were successfully operated. Postoperative follow-up review with abdominal ultrasonography and abdominal plain film showed no abnormalities. No wound infection or residual tumor was occurred.ConclusionGiant lipoma is a rare colon neoplasm with low malignancy. Imaging examination is helpful for its diagnosis and differential diagnosis, final diagnosis is made by post-operation pathology. Surgical treatment could obtain healing effect.
