[目的]探讨饮食温馨提示卡对咽喉头颈外科术后病人饮食知晓率的影响。[方法]将360例咽喉头颈外科术后病人随机分为观察组和对照组各180例,对照组采用常规口头健康教育方法,观察组在此基础上应用饮食温馨提示卡,比较两组病人术后饮食知晓率及满意度。[结果]观察组对饮食知识的知晓率及满意度均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。[结论]对咽喉头颈外科术后病人进行口头健康教育的同时应用饮食温馨提示可提高病人对饮食的知晓率。

[목적]탐토음식온형제시잡대인후두경외과술후병인음식지효솔적영향。[방법]장360례인후두경외과술후병인수궤분위관찰조화대조조각180례,대조조채용상규구두건강교육방법,관찰조재차기출상응용음식온형제시잡,비교량조병인술후음식지효솔급만의도。[결과]관찰조대음식지식적지효솔급만의도균명현고우대조조(P <0.05)。[결론]대인후두경외과술후병인진행구두건강교육적동시응용음식온형제시가제고병인대음식적지효솔。
Objective:To probe into influence of diet tips card on diet awareness rate of patients after otolaryngology head and neck surgery. Methods:A total of 360 patients after otolaryngology head and neck sur-gery were divided into observation group and control group,180 cases in each.Patients in control group received conventional oral health education method,besides that the diet tips card was used in observation group, then to compare the postoperative diet awareness rate and satisfaction of patients between both groups.Results:The awareness rate and satisfac-tion of patients on diet knowledge in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The application of diet tips can improve diet awareness rate of patients at the same of oral health education for patients after throat head and neck surgery.
