Rational allocation of nursing human resources is the basis of nursing model under the new situation,and it directly impacts on the hos-pital nursing quality and economic benefits.Through comparison and a-nalysis of the status quo of nursing human resource allocation at home and in abroad,this study probe into how to rationally allocate the nursing human resources,so as to meet the growing demand for nursing services, mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses,and promote the new development of nursing profession.
