[目的]了解本科护生的自我导向学习能力现状及其影响因素,为有效促进护生自我导向学习提供依据。[方法]分层随机抽取研究单位一年级至五年级276名护理专业学生为研究对象,应用本科护生自我导向学习评定量表进行横断面调查。[结果]本科护生自我导向学习能力得分为(233.55±30.72)分,各维度得分由高到低依次为人际关系技能、学习意识、学习策略、学习评价、学习行为;五年级护生的自我导向学习能力总分高于其他年级(P<0.05);获取知识途径和平均每天自学时间是学习意识的显著影响因素(P<0.01),年级和去图书馆频率是学习行为的显著影响因素(P<0.01),小组学习是学习策略和人际关系技能的显著影响因素(P<0.01)。[结论]本科护生具有较好的自我导向学习能力,但有些方面仍需提高;护理教育者可根据自我导向学习的相关影响因素,通过培养学习策略、激发学习动机、重视时间管理等途径提高本科护生的自我导向学习能力。

Obj ective:To know about the status quo of self directed learn-ing ability of undergraduate nursing students and its influence factors,so as to provide the evidences for the effective promotion of self directed learning of nursing students.Methods:A total of 276 nursing students from the grade one to five grade in research unit were selected as the research obj ects by using stratified random sampling,undergraduate nursing students self directed learning assessment scale was used for cross sectional survey.Re-sults:The score of self directed learning ability of undergraduate nursing were (233.55±30.72),the dimensions with scores from high to low were interpersonal skills,learning consciousness,learning strategies,learning e-valuation and learning behavior in turn.The total score of five grade nursing students’self directed learning ability in grade five was higher than that of other grades(P<0.05).The approach of knowledge acquisition and the av-erage daily self study time were the significant influencing factors of learn-ing awareness(P<0.01),grade and frequency of going library were the sig-nificant influencing factors of learning behavior(P<0.01),group learning was the significant influencing factors of learning strategies and interper- sonal skills(P <0.01).Conclusion:Undergraduate nursing students have good self directed learning ability,but some aspects still need to be improved. Nursing educators can enhance the self directed learning of undergraduate nursing students according to the related influencing factors of self directed learning and through cultivating learning strategy, stimulating learning motivation,attention to time management approach.
