[目的]探讨儿科临床护士核心能力要求,构建儿科护理核心能力评价指标体系。[方法]研究组通过查阅文献及小组讨论,构建出儿科临床护士核心能力评价指标体系基本框架及问卷,运用德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法进行两轮问卷咨询,应用层次分析法确立各级指标的权重。[结果]专家的权威系数为0.88;一级指标为专业态度、护理实践、评判性思维、疾病信息管理、沟通协调能力、专业发展能力共6个,二级指标20个,三级指标66个;各级指标及总体指标的协调系数分别为0.682,0.600,0.616,0.608。[结论]儿科临床护士核心能力评价体系分一级、二级、三级指标共92个条目,专家意见集中,结果科学、可靠,可对儿科临床护士的评价、培训、考核、准入提供参考。

[목적]탐토인과림상호사핵심능력요구,구건인과호리핵심능력평개지표체계。[방법]연구조통과사열문헌급소조토론,구건출인과림상호사핵심능력평개지표체계기본광가급문권,운용덕이비(Delphi)전가자순법진행량륜문권자순,응용층차분석법학립각급지표적권중。[결과]전가적권위계수위0.88;일급지표위전업태도、호리실천、평판성사유、질병신식관리、구통협조능력、전업발전능력공6개,이급지표20개,삼급지표66개;각급지표급총체지표적협조계수분별위0.682,0.600,0.616,0.608。[결론]인과림상호사핵심능력평개체계분일급、이급、삼급지표공92개조목,전가의견집중,결과과학、가고,가대인과림상호사적평개、배훈、고핵、준입제공삼고。
Obj ectives:To probe into the core competencies requirement of pediatric clinical nurse,and to construct the pediatric nursing core compe-tence evaluation index system.Methods:In research group through litera-ture review and panel discussion to construct the basic framework and questionnaire of core competence evaluation index system for pediatric clinical nurses,then Delphi expert consultation method was applied to carry out two rounds of questionnaires consultation and to establish weight coefficient of each level of index by analytic hierarchy process.Re-sults:The expert coefficient of authority was 0.88;a total of 6 first level indexes included professional attitude,nursing practice,critical thinking, disease information management,communication and coordination ability and professional development ability.There were 20 second level of inde-xes of second and 6 6 third level of indexes.Coordination coefficients of all levels and overall indexes were respectively 0.682,0.600,0.616,0.608. Conclusion:The core competence evaluation index system for pediatric nurses is consists of three levels and 92 items.Expert opinions are con-sistent.The results are scientific and reliable.It can provide a reference for pediatric clinical nurse’s evaluation,training,assessment and access.
