利用猴头菇菌糠作为土壤的改良剂,将盐碱土壤与猴头菇菌糠按7种不同比例的配比,以纯盐碱土壤作对照,测定主要的理化性质。研究其对滩涂盐碱土壤主要理化性质的影响,从中探索出最佳配比的改良方法。结果表明:(1)添加了菌糠的盐碱土后,物理性质土壤容重变小、孔隙度增大;大多数土粒级在0.20~0.05mm内,占含量的20%以上,达到壤土颗粒含量标准;微团聚体数量增加。(2)添加菌糠的改良后的土壤pH、全盐量均比纯盐碱土明显降低,有机质有含量明显的增加。土壤中有效钾与氮、磷含量均高于对照土壤。其中有效氮和有效磷增幅变化很大,有效钾的增幅平稳。猴头菇菌糠不同的添加量,对盐碱土壤的影响不尽相同。综合不同菌糠添加量改良后的盐碱土壤物理与化学性质的数据,确定最佳改良配方为盐碱土与菌糠的比例1:3。

이용후두고균강작위토양적개량제,장염감토양여후두고균강안7충불동비례적배비,이순염감토양작대조,측정주요적이화성질。연구기대탄도염감토양주요이화성질적영향,종중탐색출최가배비적개량방법。결과표명:(1)첨가료균강적염감토후,물이성질토양용중변소、공극도증대;대다수토립급재0.20~0.05mm내,점함량적20%이상,체도양토과립함량표준;미단취체수량증가。(2)첨가균강적개량후적토양pH、전염량균비순염감토명현강저,유궤질유함량명현적증가。토양중유효갑여담、린함량균고우대조토양。기중유효담화유효린증폭변화흔대,유효갑적증폭평은。후두고균강불동적첨가량,대염감토양적영향불진상동。종합불동균강첨가량개량후적염감토양물리여화학성질적수거,학정최가개량배방위염감토여균강적비례1:3。
In this study, Themushroom bran of hericiumerinaceusas the soil amendments, Comprised with pure saline soil and mix them in 7 different proportions to measure the main physical andchemical properties; To explore the best ratio of soil improvement method by studying its effect on the main physical and chemical properties of coastal saline -alkali.The result indicates:1) After adding saline alkali soil mushroom bran, the soil bulkdensity of physical properties reduces while the porosity increases; Most of the soilparticle level keep within 0.20-0.05mm and accounted for more than 20% to reach the standard content, and the number of micro aggregates increase absolutely. 2) The total salt content of soil PH has improved after adding fungus chaffand saline alkali soil decreased significantly than that of pure;and organic matter content increase absolutely; the content of potassium, nitrogen and phosphorus in soil becamehigher than those in the control soil.The available nitrogen and phosphorus greatlyincreased while effective potassium increases steadily.What's more different addingamount of h.erinaceusmushroom Bran could havedifferent influence on the saline-alkali soil. Synthesizing the statistics of different tests, it can be determinedthat thebest ratio of improved formula for soil and mushroom branis 1:3.
