为研究大跨桥梁行车振动舒适性,对5座不同环境下的大跨桥梁行车内部振动进行了现场实测,基于实测数据分析了车辆动力特性、桥面动力特性、桥面不平整度以及车速等对行车振动的影响,此基础上对车辆行车振动舒适性进行了分析。通过采用小波变换的方法对车辆内部振动信号的时频域分布规律进行分析可以发现车辆内部振动信号的能量分布:在竖向受车辆动力特性的影响较大,在横向受桥面动力特性影响较大。桥面不平整度和伸缩缝对行车内部振动的幅值影响较大。行车内部竖向振动随着车速的增加而增大;对于风速较大的跨海大桥,当车速超过80 km/h 时,行车内部横向振动急剧增大。研究成果为合理评价大型桥梁行车振动舒适性具有重要的参考价值。

To study the ride comfort of a long span bridge,vibration tests for a vehicle passing 5 long span bridges under different conditions were conducted.The effects of dynamic characters of the vehicle,dynamic features of bridges, deck roughness and vehicle speed on the vibration inside the vehicle were investigated by analyzing the measured vibration data.A time-frequency domain method based on the wavelet transformation was used to extract the energy distribution of the vibration inside the vehicle.The results showed that the dynamic characters of the vehicle have a larger influence on the vertical vibration inside the vehicle,while the dynamic characters of the bridge deck have a bigger influence on the lateral vibration inside the vehicle;the vibration amplitude is mainly affected by roughness of deck surface and expansion gap,the vertical vibration inside the vehicle increases with increase in vehicle speed;the lateral vibration of the vehicle passing a cross-sea bridge has a rapid increase when the vehicle speed exceeds 80 km /h.The study results provided an important reference for evaluating ride comfort of a long-span bridge.
