目的探讨优质护理在腹腔镜成人疝修补术中的应用方法与效果.方法 80例患者按开展优质护理前后随机分成两组进行围手术期的观察与护理,对照组(40例)采取传统护理措施,实验组(优质护理组40例)采取优质护理措施,包括详尽的围手术期健康宣教、细微的生活护理、限制静脉输液量、鼓励早期进食、早期活动,定期术后回访.结果实验组与对照组患者相比,患者首次肛门排气时间提前,伤口疼痛感时间缩短,并发症减少,总住院天数与总住院费用减少.两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论优质护理措施应用于腹腔镜成人疝修补术中,不适感及并发症减少,明显改善患者的心理状态,加速患者康复,提高病人满意度,进一步推进腹腔镜在成人疝手术中的应用.

Objective To investigate the application method and effect of high quality nursing service in laparoscopic herniorrhaphy for adults.Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups for preoperative period of observation and care,the control group (40 cases) was given the traditional nursing measures,the experiment group (40 cases) used high quality nursing care interventions,including detailed preoperative period health education,fine life care,restriction of venous transfusion volume,encouraging early feeding,early activity,and regular postoperation return visit.Results Compared with the control group,the high quality nursing service group had advancing the first anal exhaust time,shortened the wound pain time,reduced complications,and decreased the total length of hospital stay and the total hospital cost.Conclusion High quality of nursing measures applied in laparoscopic hernia repair in the adults can make discomfort and complications reduced,mental state of patients improved significantly,and the recovery of patients accelerated,patients' satisfaction degree also improved,it can obviously further promote the application of laparoscope in adult hernia operation.
