针对红菜薹不耐贮藏的难题，将红菜薹分别置于0、5、10、20℃条件下贮藏，测量其呼吸强度，并进行综合感官评价，研究了不同温度对3个品种红菜薹贮藏效果的影响。研究结果表明，红菜薹最适贮藏温度为5~10℃，相同贮藏条件下，红菜薹品种耐贮性从大到小依次为：SYH>YZH>JHB。
침대홍채대불내저장적난제，장홍채대분별치우0、5、10、20℃조건하저장，측량기호흡강도，병진행종합감관평개，연구료불동온도대3개품충홍채대저장효과적영향。연구결과표명，홍채대최괄저장온도위5~10℃，상동저장조건하，홍채대품충내저성종대도소의차위：SYH>YZH>JHB。
In connection with difficult problem of storage of purple flowering stalk, we stored purple flowering stalk at 0, 5, 10, 20℃ respectively, and studied effects of different temperature on storage of three purple flowering stalk cultivars by measuring their respiration and integrated sensory evaluation. The results showed that the suitable storage temperature was 5-10℃, and the descending order of storage tolerance was SYH, YZH and JHB in the same storage condition.
