以黄瓜CBF1基因沉默植株为试材,研究了冷胁迫下黄瓜基因的沉默对植株相关耐冷指标的影响。结果表明,与冷胁迫和常温条件下的正常植株相比,冷胁迫后的基因沉默植株的相对电导率和丙二醛含量均显著增加,叶绿素含量显著降低;冷胁迫后的基因沉默植株体内脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量增加的幅度远远低于冷胁迫后的正常植株增加的幅度。
以黃瓜CBF1基因沉默植株為試材,研究瞭冷脅迫下黃瓜基因的沉默對植株相關耐冷指標的影響。結果錶明,與冷脅迫和常溫條件下的正常植株相比,冷脅迫後的基因沉默植株的相對電導率和丙二醛含量均顯著增加,葉綠素含量顯著降低;冷脅迫後的基因沉默植株體內脯氨痠和可溶性蛋白含量增加的幅度遠遠低于冷脅迫後的正常植株增加的幅度。

Taking cucumber plants with CBF1 gene silenced as experiment material, we studied the effects of cucumber gene silencing on relative cold resistant indexes under cold stress. The results showed that, comparing with those under normal temperature, the relative conductivity and MDA content of cucumber with gene silencing were significantly higher, as well as chlorophyll content was significantly lower under cold stress. Moreover, under cold stress, the increasing amplitude of soluble protein and proline contents after gene silencing was lower than cucumber plants without gene silencing.
