以绿剑12号、湘研15号和8819为试验材料,研究了它们在30、35、40℃温度下种子的发芽耐热性,在田间高温季节测定了坐果率、果长、果肩宽、单果质量和单果种子数,比较了它们的田间耐热性。试验结果表明,在35、40℃高温下,不同辣椒品种发芽能力存在明显差异,其中绿剑12号的种子发芽耐热能力最强,湘研15号次之,8819的发芽耐热能力最弱;在田间高温下绿剑12号在第3、4层上的单果种子数有所增加,坐果率达到84.10%,但是湘研15号和8819在第4层结果期处于高温下,坐果率下降明显,仅为60%~70%,单果种子数也显著减少;随着田间温度的升高,在果长、果肩宽和单果质量上绿剑12号表现为有小幅增加,而湘研15号表现为基本稳定,8819则有一定幅度的下降。

We took the hot pepper cultivars Lvjian No.12, Xiangyan No.15 and 8819 as test materials, and determined their seed germination rates at 30℃, 35℃ and 40℃, then compared their field heat tolerance by determining fruit setting percentage, fruit length, fruit width, single fruit weight and seed number per fruit in the high temperature season. The results showed that, the seed germination ability of different cultivars were obvious different at 35℃ and 40℃, and heat tolerance ranking from strong to weak of their seed germination was Lvjian No.12, Xiangyan No.15 and 8819. Furthermore, at high field temperature, Lvjian No.12's seed number per fruit which set on the third and fourth nodes was increased, with fruit-setting rate of 84.10%, but the fruit-setting rates of Xiangyan No.15 and 8819 were decreased obviously which were only 60%-70%, in addition, the their seed number per fruit of the fourth node were also significantly decreased with the rise of field temperature, the fruit length, fruit width and fruit weight increased slightly for Lvjian No.12, while these indexes of Xiangyan No.15 were basically stable, but these indexes of 8819 decreased in a certain extent.
