目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对心脾综合征的诊断价值。方法：本文分析3例心脾综合征的超声检测结果，并与病理、实验室等结果进行对照。结果：超声提示1例胎儿及1例4个月患儿均为无脾综合征，16岁女患者为多脾综合征，与其他检查结果相符。结论：彩色多普勒超声对心脾综合征的诊断具有一定的临床指导意义。

목적：탐토채색다보륵초성대심비종합정적진단개치。방법：본문분석3례심비종합정적초성검측결과，병여병리、실험실등결과진행대조。결과：초성제시1례태인급1례4개월환인균위무비종합정，16세녀환자위다비종합정，여기타검사결과상부。결론：채색다보륵초성대심비종합정적진단구유일정적림상지도의의。
Objective:To evaluate the color doppler sonography in diagnosis of cardiosplenic syndrome.Method:The ultrasonic testing results of 3 patients with cardiosplenic syndrome were analyzed,and compared with pathology,laboratory results.Result:The color doppler sonography results showed 1 case of fetus and 1 case of 4 months were asplenia syndrome,a 16 year old girl with polysplenia syndrome,results were consistent with the other examination. Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cardiosplenic syndrome has a certain clinical significance.
