目的：探讨60岁以上老年人T12~L2椎体骨质疏松性压缩性骨折与疏松程度的相关性，为老年人T12~L2节段椎体骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的防治提供依据。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的61~86岁老年人发生在T12~L2椎体骨质疏松性压缩性骨折病例66例，对其进行松质骨骨密度定量CT测量及T值测量。结果：本组66例患者的T12~L2椎体骨密度平均T值及椎体松质骨骨密度平均值均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组发生多发骨质疏松性压缩性骨折19例，T12~L2椎体平均骨密度值(78.4±7.6)mg/ml；平均T值为(-3.24±0.11)，与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：T12~L2椎体骨密度值及T值低于所测结果者有发生骨折及多发性骨折的风险。

Objective:To explore the relevance of T12-L2 osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture and osteoporosis degree in elderly people over 60 years old,provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of senile T12-L2 segment of vertebral osteoporotic compression fractures.Method:66 cases of 61-86 years old people occurred in the T12-L2 osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital were selected,they were given the cancellous bone density quantitative CT measurement and T value measurement.Result:The average T value of T12-L2 vertebral bone mineral density and vertebral cancellous bone density of 66 patients were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple osteoporotic compression fractures was occured in 19 cases of the group,T12-L2 vertebral body bone density average value was (78.4±7.6)mg/ml,the average T value was (-3.24±0.11), compared with control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:T12-L2 vertebral bone mineral density and T values lower than the measured results have occurred fracture and the risk of multiple fractures.
