目的:探讨乳腺癌影像学诊断中全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影的诊断作用。方法:选取笔者所在医院2012年1月-2014年1月收治的78例经手术病理检查证实为乳腺癌的患者,并采用全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影进行诊断。结果:单侧乳腺癌72例,其中结构扭曲伴钙化6例,单纯肿块型31例,结构扭曲10例,单纯钙化2例,肿块伴钙化23例;双侧乳腺癌6例。肿块边缘见毛刺19例,分叶23例,其他间接征象有腋窝淋巴结肿大24例,乳头凹陷9例,皮肤增厚7例,血管增粗2例,主乳导管扩张2例。结论:乳腺疾病采用全数字化乳腺钼靶X线摄影检查,特别是乳腺癌,具有较好的图像质量,能够明显提高诊断正确率,为疾病诊治提供有力的参考依据。

목적:탐토유선암영상학진단중전수자화유선목파X선섭영적진단작용。방법:선취필자소재의원2012년1월-2014년1월수치적78례경수술병리검사증실위유선암적환자,병채용전수자화유선목파X선섭영진행진단。결과:단측유선암72례,기중결구뉴곡반개화6례,단순종괴형31례,결구뉴곡10례,단순개화2례,종괴반개화23례;쌍측유선암6례。종괴변연견모자19례,분협23례,기타간접정상유액와림파결종대24례,유두요함9례,피부증후7례,혈관증조2례,주유도관확장2례。결론:유선질병채용전수자화유선목파X선섭영검사,특별시유선암,구유교호적도상질량,능구명현제고진단정학솔,위질병진치제공유력적삼고의거。
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic role of full digital mammography in the imaging diagnosis of breast cancer.Method:The total of 78 patients proved by operation and pathology confirmed the diagnosis of breast cancer in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected,they were given full digital mammography for diagnosis of breast cancer.Result:In 72 patients with unilateral breast cancer,including structural distortions associated with calcification in 6 cases,simple mass type in 31 cases,structure distortion in 10 cases,calcification in 2 cases,mass with calcification in 23 cases.6 cases were bilateral breast cancer,the margins of see burr in 19 cases,lobulated in 23 cases,axillary lymph nodes of other indirect signs in 24 cases,inverted nipple in 9 cases,skin thickening in 7 cases,vascular thickening in 2 cases,the main milk duct dilatation in 2 cases.Conclusion:Breast disease with full digital mammography examination,especially breast cancer,there is a better image quality,can significantly improve the correct rate of diagnosis,provide powerful reference basis for disease diagnosis and treatment.
