通过调查泰州职业技术学院毕业1到5年的优秀毕业生，从基本情况、选拔机制、培养机制、成功因素等方面对党员毕业生和非党员毕业生进行了对比分析。并在此基础上，总结分析出了高职院校党员标准，为改进高职院校党员发展工作提出了建议。

This paper takes the contrastive analysis on the college-graduate party members and college-graduate non-party members from the basic situation, selection mechanism, training mechanism and success factors by investigating the outstanding graduates who have graduated for 1 to 5 years. Based on this, the paper sums up and analyzes the requirements for the party members in the higher vocational colleges to provide suggestions for improving the party members' development work in higher vocational colleges.
