近年兴起的“校本”研究源于“教育本质”、“人的全面发展”、“创新人才培养”、“素质教育”、“和谐教育”等教育理念。梳理相关文献发现,国内外学者关于校本理论的研究聚焦于校本课程的研究与开发、校本培训与校本教研等三个方面,已经形成了比较丰富的理论成果,并结合了大量个案对校本教育的开展进行了理论与实践相结合的更为深入的探讨。
近年興起的“校本”研究源于“教育本質”、“人的全麵髮展”、“創新人纔培養”、“素質教育”、“和諧教育”等教育理唸。梳理相關文獻髮現,國內外學者關于校本理論的研究聚焦于校本課程的研究與開髮、校本培訓與校本教研等三箇方麵,已經形成瞭比較豐富的理論成果,併結閤瞭大量箇案對校本教育的開展進行瞭理論與實踐相結閤的更為深入的探討。
