高校后勤服务引入质量管理体系，是高校后勤服务社会化的必然趋势，也是高校后勤管理现代化的必然要求。以湖南农业大学后勤服务集团为例，阐述了ISO9000质量管理体系的实施现状及推行的成效，同时指出了引入ISO9000质量管理体系在后勤的应用中应注意的问题。

Introducing the quality management system into the logistics service in colleges and universities is the inevitable trend of the socialization of logistics service and also is the necessary requirement of the modernization of logistics service in colleges and universities. Taking the Logistics Service Group of Hunan Agricultural University for example, this paper expounds the present situation and implementation effect of ISO9000 quality management system and at the same time points out the problems should be paid attention to in the application of ISO9000 in the logistics.
