This paper compares and analyzes the performance, area, the one-time investment, the total investment of the transformer substation's life-cycle of the liquid immersed reactor, dry-type air-core reactor and dry-type semi-core reactor. Based on these, this paper puts forward suggestions for the selection of low voltage parallel reactor in the transformer substation.
