为了提高热轧带钢的卷曲温度控制精度,本文设计了基于组态王和WinCC flexible的上位机监控系统。本论文提出的设计和温控算法提高了轧制的生产效率和控制精度,降低了轧制的成本,为带钢的轧制向着高效率低成本、低能耗、短流程、环保、安全型方向发展提供了新的途径。

In order to improve the control precision of coiling temperature in hot-rolled production and quality control, this paper designed PC monitoring system based on King Configuration software and Siemens WinCC flexible. This paper presents the design of improved production efficiency and algorithm of control precision rolling, reducing the cost of hot-rolled production, which proposed a new way toward high-efficiency, low-cost, low-power, short process, environmental protection, the development of a safe direction for hot-rolled production.
