通过对移栽机中带式同步机构中的传动滚筒进行结构分析,将 Pro/E 中建立的传动滚筒三维实体模型导入有限元分析软件ANSYS APDL 中,建立有限元模型,并施加约束与载荷,进行有限元数值分析,得出传动滚筒的综合应力分布和位移分布,从而掌握传动滚筒在工作过程中的受力和变形情况。同时,与实际的参数要求进行校核与对比,确定危险区域和结构设计缺陷,为后续传动滚筒的设计和优化提供科学依据。

통과대이재궤중대식동보궤구중적전동곤통진행결구분석,장 Pro/E 중건립적전동곤통삼유실체모형도입유한원분석연건ANSYS APDL 중,건립유한원모형,병시가약속여재하,진행유한원수치분석,득출전동곤통적종합응력분포화위이분포,종이장악전동곤통재공작과정중적수력화변형정황。동시,여실제적삼수요구진행교핵여대비,학정위험구역화결구설계결함,위후속전동곤통적설계화우화제공과학의거。
Through analyzing the structure of the driving pulley of belt type synchronous mechanism of transplanting ma -chine ,the three-dimensional entity model of driving pulley was imported from PRO /E into ANSYS APDL finite element analysis software.Finite element model was built , and constraints and loads was applied , and then the comprehensive stress distribution and displacement distribution of the driving pulley was got as the result of the finite element numerical analysis .Then the force and deformation situation was mastered .With the checking and comparing with the parameters of the actual requirements , the danger zone and structural design flaws was determined , which provided scientific basis for the later design and optimization.
