目的：探讨涂片法、漂浮集菌法和夹层杯法三种方法检测痰中结核分枝杆菌对于肺结核的诊断价值。方法：对1500例疑似肺结核患者的痰标本同时进行涂片法、漂浮集菌法和夹层杯法检测抗酸杆菌，比较三种方法对晨痰的阳性检出率。结果：涂片法、漂浮集菌法和夹层杯法阳性率分别为16.3％（244／1500）、22.0％（330／1500）、22.4％（336／1500），涂片法与漂浮集菌法比较差异有统计学意义，漂浮集菌法的阳性检出率较高（配对χ2＝78.68，P＜0.001）；涂片法和夹层杯法的差异有统计学意义，夹层杯法的阳性检出率高（配对χ2＝86.37，P＜0.001）；漂浮集菌法和夹层杯法检测差异无统计学意义（配对χ2＝2.50，P＞0.05）。结论：夹层杯法检测痰结核分枝杆菌阳性率较高并且快速、简便，可以适当推广应用。

목적：탐토도편법、표부집균법화협층배법삼충방법검측담중결핵분지간균대우폐결핵적진단개치。방법：대1500례의사폐결핵환자적담표본동시진행도편법、표부집균법화협층배법검측항산간균，비교삼충방법대신담적양성검출솔。결과：도편법、표부집균법화협층배법양성솔분별위16.3％（244／1500）、22.0％（330／1500）、22.4％（336／1500），도편법여표부집균법비교차이유통계학의의，표부집균법적양성검출솔교고（배대χ2＝78.68，P＜0.001）；도편법화협층배법적차이유통계학의의，협층배법적양성검출솔고（배대χ2＝86.37，P＜0.001）；표부집균법화협층배법검측차이무통계학의의（배대χ2＝2.50，P＞0.05）。결론：협층배법검측담결핵분지간균양성솔교고병차쾌속、간편，가이괄당추엄응용。
Objective:To assess the value of applying three diverse techniques(direct smear method,flotation smear,centrifuging the liquored sputa and collecting bacteria method) to detection of the mycobacterium in sputum for diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:The sputum samples were ob-tained from 1 500 suspected tuberculosis patients and respectively detected by the direct smear ,flotation smear and centrifuging the liquored sputa and col-lecting bacteria method for comparison of the positive sputum .Results:Direct smear,flotation smear,and centrifuging the liquored sputa and collecting bac-teria method revealed positive rate of 22.0% (244/1 500),22.0% (330/1 500) and 22.4% (336/1 500),respectively.The difference was significant between direct smear and flotation smear,and direct smear and centrifuging the liquored sputa and collecting bacteria method .Of the three techniques,flo-tation smear and centrifuging the liquored sputa and collecting bacteria method led to higher detection rate (χ2 =78.68,P<0.001 for the former;χ2 =2.50,P>0.05 for the latter).However,the positive results were not significant between flotation smear and centrifuging the liquored sputa and collecting bacteria method(χ2 =2.50,P>0.05).Conclusion:Centrifuging the liquored sputa and collecting bacteria method can be rapid and simple in detection of the mycobacterium in sputum with higher positive findings,thus it is worthy of wider clinical recommendation for diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
