目的:观察多发性硬化(MS)患者血浆中溶血磷脂酸(LPA)和酸性磷脂(AP)以及血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hs‐CRP)水平的变化,探讨这些炎性标志物与MS疾病活动程度的关系。方法选取14例急性期MS患者、15例缓解期MS患者及30名健康体检者,测定其血LPA、AP和 Hs‐CRP的水平变化。结果(1)急性期MS组治疗前血浆 LPA、AP和血清 Hs‐CRP水平均显著高于缓解期 MS组(P<0.01)和健康对照组(P<0.01)。(2)急性期MS组经治疗28 d后血浆LPA、AP和血清Hs‐CRP水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.01)。(3)急性期MS组治疗前血浆LPA与AP水平存在相关性(r=0.807,P<0.01),急性期MS组治疗前血浆LPA和AP与血清Hs‐CRP水平存在相关性(r=0.574,P<0.05;r=0.776,P<0.01)。结论血浆LPA、AP和血清 Hs‐CRP水平可能作为MS患者疾病活动性的炎性标志物。

Objective To explore the levels of plasma lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) ,acidic phospholipid (AP) and serum hypersensitive C‐reactive protein (Hs‐CRP) in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) ,and to explore the relationship between the levels of these inflammatory biomarkers and disease activity .Methods Blood samples were collected from 14 MS patients in acute phase ,15 MS patients in remitting period and 30 healthy volunteers .Changes of blood LPA ,AP and Hs‐CRP levels were measured .Results Levels of plasma LPA ,AP and serum Hs‐CRP before treatment in the acute phase group were significantly higher than those in the remitting group (P<0.01 respectively) and healthy control group (P<0.01 respectively) .Levels of plasma LPA ,AP and serum Hs‐CRP after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in the acute phase group (P<0.01 respectively) .Plasma levels of LPA before treatment were correlated with AP level in the acute phase group (r=0.807 , P<0.01) ,levels of plasma LPA and AP before treatment were correlated with serum Hs‐CRP level in the acute phase group (r=0.574 , P<0.05 ;r=0.776 , P<0.01) .Conclusions Levels of plasma LPA and AP and level of serum Hs‐CRP may be used as inflammatory biomarkers for disease activity in M S patients .
