为探讨沼液作为畜舍回冲水的可能性,研究了沼气发酵温度对粪大肠菌群的杀灭效果。在35℃条件下对TS为8%的猪粪废水进行沼气中温发酵28天后,废水中99.1%的粪大肠菌群被杀灭;但沼液中残留的粪大肠菌群数依然很高,不能作为畜禽舍的回冲水使用。在45℃和55℃的条件下对猪粪沼气中温发酵所排出的沼液进行3天的沼气高温发酵后,沼液中残留的粪大肠菌几乎全部被杀灭。上述结果表明,沼气中温发酵所排出的沼液依然残留有大量粪大肠菌群,可采用短期沼气高温发酵对沼液进行再处理以满足沼液安全使用的要求。

Elimination of fecal coliforms in biogas effluent under either middle or high anaerobic fermentation temperature was studied to investigate whether the biogas effluent can be used to flush animal houses .After 28 d of anaerobic fermen-tation under 35°C, 99.1% of fecal coliforms in the raw swine manure , of which TS was 8%, were eliminated.Howev-er , the residual fecal coliforms concentration in the biogas effluent was still very high and cannot be used to flush the ani -mal houses.Under the high temperature of 45°C or 55°C, almost all of the fecal coliforms in the biogas effluents , dis-charged from the anaerobic fermentation of swine manure , was eliminated .The results showed that the biogas effluent dis-charged from the anaerobic fermentation under middle temperature still have high concentration of fecal coliforms .A short term treatment of anaerobic fermentation under high temperature should be applied to further eliminate the fecal coliforms in the biogas effluents and made it qualified to be used to flush the animal houses .
