我国甘蔗采收主要采用传统的人工劳动,效率低下,劳动强度大。为此,设计了一款甘蔗自动捆扎机,该捆扎机主要由甘蔗存储仓、定量机构、挤压机构和打结机构组成,采用UG进行了各部件的建模及仿真,并进行整机试制试验工作。该设备能够自动完成甘蔗的定量、挤压以及穿线打结动作,实现了收割剥叶后甘蔗的自动捆扎成捆功能。试验证明,甘蔗自动捆扎机能实现50 s左右的捆扎速度,提高了甘蔗采收环节的效率。

The way of harvesting sugarcane is the traditional manual way in our country , this way is lower efficiency and has great labour intensity .A sugarcane automatic binding machine is composed by storehouse , quantitative mechanism , squeeze mechanism , knotting mechanism , which is designed by using the UG software to model and simulate .The sugar-cane automatic binding machine is produced and tested .The machine can bind the sugarcane as a bundle automatically by getting sugarcane quantitatively , making the sugarcane group around , threading and knotting .The results show that using sugarcane automatic binding machine can bind the sugarcane as a bundle about 50 seconds witch improve the efficiency in harvesting .
