以敞开式果蔬保鲜陈列柜为设计平台,开发了以 AVR 系列 ATmega 16微处理器为核心的控制系统。系统基于ICCV 7 for AVR 软件开发平台,使用C语言编程实现。通过采集保鲜环境温度和相对湿度保鲜参数,使用双限值控制方法,控制制冷、加湿等执行设备工作,实现对果蔬保鲜陈列柜货架区温度和相对湿度的综合调控。试验结果表明:该系统能准确地采集保鲜环境内各保鲜参数的变化,且能够根据逻辑判断结果实时、准确地控制相应执行机构工作,工作稳定性良好。
以敞開式果蔬保鮮陳列櫃為設計平檯,開髮瞭以 AVR 繫列 ATmega 16微處理器為覈心的控製繫統。繫統基于ICCV 7 for AVR 軟件開髮平檯,使用C語言編程實現。通過採集保鮮環境溫度和相對濕度保鮮參數,使用雙限值控製方法,控製製冷、加濕等執行設備工作,實現對果蔬保鮮陳列櫃貨架區溫度和相對濕度的綜閤調控。試驗結果錶明:該繫統能準確地採集保鮮環境內各保鮮參數的變化,且能夠根據邏輯判斷結果實時、準確地控製相應執行機構工作,工作穩定性良好。
이창개식과소보선진렬거위설계평태,개발료이 AVR 계렬 ATmega 16미처리기위핵심적공제계통。계통기우ICCV 7 for AVR 연건개발평태,사용C어언편정실현。통과채집보선배경온도화상대습도보선삼수,사용쌍한치공제방법,공제제랭、가습등집행설비공작,실현대과소보선진렬거화가구온도화상대습도적종합조공。시험결과표명:해계통능준학지채집보선배경내각보선삼수적변화,차능구근거라집판단결과실시、준학지공제상응집행궤구공작,공작은정성량호。
Taking open type fruit and vegetable fresh-keeping display cabinet as design platform , a kind of control sys-tem regarded AVR series of ATmega 16 microprocessor as the core was developed , it based on ICCV7 for AVR software development platform and using C programming language .Through the acquisition of preservation parameters of tempera-ture and relative humidity , using the method of double limit to control cooling and humidifying equipment work , which a-chieve integrated control of temperature and relative humidity on the storage rack of fruits and vegetables fresh -keeping display cabinet .The experimental results showed that:the system could correctly collect the fresh-keeping parameters of fruits and vegetables in the fresh environment , and according to the result of logical judgment to control the work of asso-ciated actuator real-time and accurately , and the stability of control system is good .
