根据我国南方地区的气候特点和农艺要求,设计了一种步行式手扶插秧机的插植机构,插植行距为23 cm ,适应我国南方双季稻区水稻多元化种植模式。建立分插机构的数学模型,利用Pro/E 软件三维建模,进行运动模拟和仿真分析,通过对取秧点的轨迹、位移、速度和加速度分析,检验分插机构设计的合理性。进行了水稻机插秧田间对比试验,对插秧质量、水稻生长性状及产量进行调查和分析。结果表明:所设计的分插机构稳定可靠,插秧质量达到了机插秧要求。对比23cm 和30cm两个插秧行距:23cm 行距基本苗更多,增加了单位面积有效穗,实收产量平均增产767.55 kg/hm2,平均增产率为14.96%。

According to the climate characteristics and agronomic requirements of our country in southern region , a kind of 23-cm spacing transplanting mechanism for walking-type transplanters was designed .The mathematical model of the transplanting mechanism was built and the 3D model of the mechanism was established based on the Pro /E.The correct-ness and feasibility of this design were verified by adopting virtual testing include modeling its end simulation locus dis -placement,velocity and acceleration .Field rice planting experiments by the mechanism were carried out to test its func-tion.The planting quality and growth character of rice were comparative analyzed .The results indicated that the trans-planting mechanism which was designed has stale and reliable performance ,it could realize machine transplanting of rice . To compared with two row spacings ,it indicated that the yield in 21-cm row spacing obtained higher than in 30-cm row spacing due to the larger number of basic seedlings and productive ear .The yield increased by 767 .55 kg per hectare and the average yield increase rate reached 14 .96%.
