设计了基于 GSM 和MSP 430的无线传输方式的粮库多点温度自动控制及远程监控系统。采用数字温度传感器DS18 B20对粮库内各监测点的温度进行监测,采用功耗低、抗干扰能力强的 MSP430单片机作为主控制器,控制系统可实时显示各监测点的温度,当温度异常或者传感器故障时,控制系统发出声光报警,同时启动SIM卡1通过GSM 网络将报警信息发送到SIM 卡2(连接监控中心上位机)和 SIM 卡3(管理员手机)。监控中心上位机实时接收显示各检测点的温度,管理人员也可以随时向粮库内的测温系统发送读取指定点的温度的指令。测试表明:系统具有调试方便、控制精度高、可靠性高及可实现远程集中监控等优点,解决了传统的靠人工巡检粮库温度效率低的问题。
設計瞭基于 GSM 和MSP 430的無線傳輸方式的糧庫多點溫度自動控製及遠程鑑控繫統。採用數字溫度傳感器DS18 B20對糧庫內各鑑測點的溫度進行鑑測,採用功耗低、抗榦擾能力彊的 MSP430單片機作為主控製器,控製繫統可實時顯示各鑑測點的溫度,噹溫度異常或者傳感器故障時,控製繫統髮齣聲光報警,同時啟動SIM卡1通過GSM 網絡將報警信息髮送到SIM 卡2(連接鑑控中心上位機)和 SIM 卡3(管理員手機)。鑑控中心上位機實時接收顯示各檢測點的溫度,管理人員也可以隨時嚮糧庫內的測溫繫統髮送讀取指定點的溫度的指令。測試錶明:繫統具有調試方便、控製精度高、可靠性高及可實現遠程集中鑑控等優點,解決瞭傳統的靠人工巡檢糧庫溫度效率低的問題。

A multi-point temperature automatic control and remote monitoring system of granary is designed based on GSM and MSP430’ s wireless transmission .The system uses DS18B20 digital temperature sensor to monitor each monito-ring point within the granary and uses a low-power , anti-interference ability of the MSP 430 microcontroller as the main controller , the control system can real-time display each monitoring points ’ temperature .When temperature is abnormal or failure of sensor , the control system issued a sound and light alarm , at the same time , the control system starts SIM card 1 to send the alarm message to the SIM card 2 ( the computer of monitoring center ) and the SIM card 3 ( administrator phone ) .The monitoring center can receive and display real-time each point ’ s temperature , administer can also send the order of reading the specified point temperature .Testing showed that the system is debugging convenient ,with high con-trol accuracy and high reliability and implement remote centralized monitoring , etc ., to solve the low efficiency problem of the traditional manual inspection the temperature of the granary .
