振动能从效果上能够改变摩擦力对物体的约束参数。为了将这一因素考虑到钵苗移栽机配送装置的设计中去,根据实际情况给定模型,利用振动力学理论计算出钵苗的振动情况,然后分别分析振动对摩擦角计算公式各参数的影响,给出振动情况下摩擦角与各振动参数的关系式,旨在为消除振动影响或借助振动动力提供理论依据。

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of vibration on the maximum static friction force which could change the constrained parameter of friction to the object .Considering this factor in the distribution equipment of potted-seeding , model was established and the vibration of potted-seeding was analyzed .The influence of vibration on parameters in formula of friction angle was analyzed and the relationship of friction angle and vibration parameter was giv -en and provided scientific basis for eliminating the influence of vibration .
