利用Solidworks 软件对深松机机架进行参数化实体建模,将模型通过软件接口导入 ANSYS Workbench ,利用Model 模块对机架进行有限元模态分析,得到其前6阶频率和振型。分析结果表明,机架低阶模态频率和震动幅度都较小,机架结构满足设计要求,为机架的设计和改进提供了方法和依据。

Based on Solidworks ,a parametric entity model of subsoiler frame was established .The established model was sent into ANSYS Workbench ,through the interface between Solidworks and ANSYS Workbench .The model module was used to analyse the finite element modal analysis of subsoiler frame , got the first six order frequency and vibration model . It can be seen from the results of the analysis that the frame of low -order modal frequency and vibration amplitude is smaller, frame structure meet the design requirements , which provide theoretical basis and method for optimal design of the frame.
