针对山地轻型拖拉机变速箱工作中常遇到的振动严重、无法模态优化等问题,确定了模态优化目标,基于序列二次规划法,利用MatLab 对该变速箱齿轮进行模态优化,并应用 ANSYS 对优化模型进行模态分析。分析表明,优化后的变速箱齿轮模型具有更高的低阶固有频率,验证了模态优化的正确性。本研究对优化山地拖拉机变速箱的齿轮模态及降低振动提供了有效方法。

In the traditional design of mountanic tractor transmission , there are many problems , such severe vibration and incapability in modal optimization .The paper set up a modal optimization goal , utilized the sequential quadratic program-ming method ,and called the function in MATLAB to optimize the gear modal .Besides , we used ANSYS to analysis the optimized mode .Consequently , the optimized gear model had a higher low-order natural frequency , which proved the validity of the optimization .The developed module had theoretical significance and reference value in decreasing the vibra-tion of gears in the mountanic tractor ’ s transmission .
