以玉米秸秆为厌氧发酵基质,以微量元素Fe、Co、Ni混合液为添加液,研究中温条件下微量元素的添加对玉米秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气及辅酶F420活性的影响,探讨添加频次与产气效果的关系。结果表明:添加微量元素试验组的累积产气量和产气率稳定性优于未添加试验组;微量元素的添加频次不同,其产气效果也不同;当微量元素混合液中Fe、Co、Ni的浓度为1.0、0.1、0.2 mg/L 时,每天添加微量元素的试验组产沼气效果最佳,比未添加组累积产气量提高23%,TS、VS降解率分别提高16.1%和22.3%,辅酶F420含量高峰值显著提高。本研究为提高玉米秸秆厌氧发酵的产气效果提供了依据。

이옥미갈간위염양발효기질,이미량원소Fe、Co、Ni혼합액위첨가액,연구중온조건하미량원소적첨가대옥미갈간염양발효산소기급보매F420활성적영향,탐토첨가빈차여산기효과적관계。결과표명:첨가미량원소시험조적루적산기량화산기솔은정성우우미첨가시험조;미량원소적첨가빈차불동,기산기효과야불동;당미량원소혼합액중Fe、Co、Ni적농도위1.0、0.1、0.2 mg/L 시,매천첨가미량원소적시험조산소기효과최가,비미첨가조루적산기량제고23%,TS、VS강해솔분별제고16.1%화22.3%,보매F420함량고봉치현저제고。본연구위제고옥미갈간염양발효적산기효과제공료의거。
In order to study the influence of trace elements added to corn stalk anaerobic fermentation to biogas produc -tion and coenzyme F420 active by the condition of Medium temperature , the corn straw as anaerobic fermentation matrix , the trace element Fe , Co , Ni mixture as adding liquid , to discuss the relationship between adding frequency and gas effect .The results showed that the cumulative gas production and gas rate stability of adding trace elements group is better than not add test group;Trace elements add frequency is different , the effect of gas is different;As trace element , the mixture of Fe, Co, Ni concentration is 1.0 mg/L, 0.1 mg/L, 0.2 mg/L, The biogas production of one day to add trace elements group is best , 23%higher than that of group did not add the accumulative gas production , TS, VS degradation rate increased by 16.1%and 22.3%respectively, coenzyme F420 content significantly higher peak .This study in order to improve the yield of corn straw anaerobic fermentation gas results provide the basis .
