目前,电加热炉作为热源装置广泛应用于各种干燥机械。针对 DH 65系列大型红枣热风干燥机陶瓷单管电加热炉的实际应用,利用传热学理论,优化设计了一种多加热器三角形组合的电加热炉结构。通过对改进后的电加热炉热效应分析表明:在相同的传热条件下,炉体的结构优化提高了空气在电加热炉内的加热时间,增加了传热效果。两种炉体结构的热风干燥试验表明:与改进前相比,改进后的升温时间缩短了10 min ,平约温差也降低了约8℃,恒温阶段温差降低了6℃,温度偏差减小了1℃;同时,改进后的干燥室温度波动较小,温度的稳定性更高,具有更好的温度控制效果。
目前,電加熱爐作為熱源裝置廣汎應用于各種榦燥機械。針對 DH 65繫列大型紅棘熱風榦燥機陶瓷單管電加熱爐的實際應用,利用傳熱學理論,優化設計瞭一種多加熱器三角形組閤的電加熱爐結構。通過對改進後的電加熱爐熱效應分析錶明:在相同的傳熱條件下,爐體的結構優化提高瞭空氣在電加熱爐內的加熱時間,增加瞭傳熱效果。兩種爐體結構的熱風榦燥試驗錶明:與改進前相比,改進後的升溫時間縮短瞭10 min ,平約溫差也降低瞭約8℃,恆溫階段溫差降低瞭6℃,溫度偏差減小瞭1℃;同時,改進後的榦燥室溫度波動較小,溫度的穩定性更高,具有更好的溫度控製效果。

The electric heating furnace as heat source device at present is widely used in all kinds of drying machines . For ceramics single tube electric heater of application of DH 65 series large jujube hot-air dryer , Based on theory of heat transfer , optimal design for multiple heater triangle combination of electric heating furnace structure .By thermal effect of the improved electric heater analysis shows that under the same condition of the heat transfer , furnace body structure opti-mization to improve heating time of air inside of the electric heating furnace , also increase the heat transfer effect , com-pared with before improvement , Based on two kinds of hot-air drying test furnace body structure showed that the heating time of electric heating furnace is reduced to 10 min and 8℃temperature difference , and temperature stage temperature decreased 6℃, 1℃reduces the temperature deviation .Meanwhile , the improved drying room temperature fluctuation is small , the stability of the temperature is higher , has better temperature control effect .
