通过研究新疆3种核桃的几何尺寸、壳体厚度、内隔膜厚度等核桃的物理特性,分析在气爆式核桃破壳方式中影响破壳效果的重要因素。同时,通过实验对不同品种核桃在不同气压值下的破壳效果进行了研究,得出这3种物理特性对核桃破壳效果的影响规律,为后续研制气爆式核桃破壳机提供理论依据。
通過研究新疆3種覈桃的幾何呎吋、殼體厚度、內隔膜厚度等覈桃的物理特性,分析在氣爆式覈桃破殼方式中影響破殼效果的重要因素。同時,通過實驗對不同品種覈桃在不同氣壓值下的破殼效果進行瞭研究,得齣這3種物理特性對覈桃破殼效果的影響規律,為後續研製氣爆式覈桃破殼機提供理論依據。

By studying the physical characteristics of the three kinds of Xinjiang walnuts , such as walnut geometries , shell thickness , the thickness of the membrane , we can analyze the factors which is important to the effect of breaking walnut shell in gas explosion .While through experiments we conduct research into the effect of breaking shell with the kinds of walnuts under different pressure values and draw the relationships between the three physical characteristics and the effect of the impact of walnut shell broken .For the subsequent development of air-burst shell walnut broken ma-chines,it can provide a theoretical basis .
