为了给辣椒穴盘苗自动移栽的设计提供基础研究数据,对辣椒穴盘苗掉落过程中产生的基质损失进行了测定,并观察辣椒穴盘苗从不同高度掉落后的冲击变化。掉落损失试验表明:随着穴盘苗掉落高度的增加,穴盘苗基质损失更加明显,且第2次掉落时的基质损失率会略高于第1次。掉落冲击试验显示:当穴盘苗掉落高度超过400mm 时,穴盘苗的基质将发生明显的挤压变形,且茎秆受到冲击后也会发生弯曲变化;当掉落高度为200、300mm时,基质形状变化不明显,茎秆也无明显弯曲现象。

It is important to get fundamental data for pepper seedling automatic transplanter design , the substrate fall-loss of Pepper Plug Seedling were measured and the pepper seedlings variation dropped from different height were ob -served .The mechanical characteristic test showed the seedlings substrate were lost obviously more when the seedlings dropped from high position , and the second time is more than the first time; the loss rate of the plug seedling with high water content ratio was higher than the plug seedling with low water content ratio .The drop test shows the seedling sub-strate will be deformation obviously when the plug seedling dropped height than 400 mm, and the stem will be bended be-cause of the impact;the substrate appearance changes were not obvious when the heights were 200mm and 300mm, and the stem were not bending .
