Bowen病是一种表皮内鳞状细胞癌,可逐渐发展为侵袭性鳞状细胞癌.Bowen病的治疗方法包括手术和非手术疗法.手术治疗包括单纯切除、莫氏显微外科治疗、切削电灼法,非手术治疗包括药物治疗、放射疗法、冷冻疗法、光动力疗法及其他综合疗法等.手术是治疗Bowen病的首选方法,对于不适合手术的患者或特殊部位的病变可考虑药物治疗、光动力治疗等.
