基于一台热泵风管机重新设计了饱5mm管径蒸发器和冷凝器,对原换热器和饱5mm管径换热器的性能、成本、分路设计进行分析研究。结果表明,采用饱5 mm管径换热器能够提高空调的性能,降低开发成本。设计饱5 mm管径换热器时,应在流程长度和分路数目之间进行平衡优化,单分路流程长度可控制在4~6m。

Evaporator and condenser using ?5mm diameter tube are designed based on a ducted heat pump air-conditioner, and research on capability, cost and circuit design is comparatively performed with original diameter tube heat exchanger and?5mm diameter tube heat exchanger.Results show that, The capability of unit with?5mm diameter tube is improved and the price is reduced.Optimization should be taken between path length and circuit a-mount, and the optimal path length is designed from 4 to 6 meters.
