研究了某圆坯连铸机结晶器、末端电磁搅拌的电磁扭矩与电流、频率的关系。结果表明:结晶器、末端电磁搅拌的电磁扭矩随着电流强度和频率的增加而增大,而电磁扭矩增幅受不同参数影响有差别。研究结果对合理制定及优化电磁搅拌工艺参数提供了理论依据。

The relationship between mould electromagnetic stirring&final electromagnetic stirring and current and frequency of continuous casting apparatus have been studied.The result showed that torques of both mould electromag-netic stirring and final electromagnetic stirring were increasing as current and frequency raised, and torque amplitude varied according to various parameters, which provided theoretical base for reasonable establishment and optimization of electromagnetic stirring technical parameters.
