Regarding to serious vibration issue of gantry crane operator cabin, three dimensional modeling software has been applied to conduct finite element mode analysis, and combining with jobsite test data, operator cabin vibration cause has been analyzed to establish revision project.Through outer supporting and strengthening of vibration parts, vi-bration intensity was decreased evidently to obtain remarkable innovation effect.
