以大型冷连轧机生产线为应用背景,通过WinCC6.0组态软件、PLC控制器及Simulink模块,开发设计了大型轧机数字化半物理仿真平台。以轧机半物理仿真平台的概念为基础,给出了平台的结构,数据流程及平台实际的功能。实验证明,该平台可有效的实现大型轧机的冷连轧过程模拟。
以大型冷連軋機生產線為應用揹景,通過WinCC6.0組態軟件、PLC控製器及Simulink模塊,開髮設計瞭大型軋機數字化半物理倣真平檯。以軋機半物理倣真平檯的概唸為基礎,給齣瞭平檯的結構,數據流程及平檯實際的功能。實驗證明,該平檯可有效的實現大型軋機的冷連軋過程模擬。

Taking heavy cold continuous rolling mill as applicable background, and applying WinCC6.0 configura-tion software, PLC controller and Simulink module, heavy mill digital semi-physical simulation platform has been de-veloped and designed.Based on mill semi-physical simulation platform concept, platform structure, data flow and actu-al function of platform have been brought up, further the experiment has proved the platform could realize cold rolling procedure simulation of heavy mill efficiently.
