采用无熔剂生产工艺,为国内某大型钢厂生产低磷、低硅高碳锰铁,回收的除尘灰中 Mn 含量较高,一般在35%~43%之间。在生产实践中进行多次试验与摸索,采用昆钢专用的粘接剂,进行冷压球团,用人工直接加料的方法,最终取得了理想的效果,在节能减排、环保等方面取得了良好的社会效益。

Using flux-free production in processes,it is a major domestic steel mill to produce low phosphorus,with low silicon in high carbon ferro-manganese and high Mn content in recycling of dust.We think it generally exists between 35% ~43%.Conducting in a number of experiments of production practice and exploration,we have made use of special bonding agent for steel,cold-pressing pellets and artificial feeding methods.We have achieved the desired result in the end to make good energy-saving emission reduction,including environmental protection and other social benefits.
