以往的幸福感研究多从生活领域出发,忽视劳动领域对幸福感的影响。本文从马克思主义劳动理论出发,分析了劳动与劳动者幸福感的关系,发现劳动者的工作自主性、工作满足感、劳动公平感、是否遭遇工伤、收入与工作自主性的相互效应对其幸福感有显著影响,劳动者的幸福感还呈现出职业和工作单位类别的差别。提高劳动者的幸福感不能只关注诸如收入增加、福利供给等因素,还应关注劳动者的工作自主性、和谐的劳动关系和有保障的劳动权益。
以往的倖福感研究多從生活領域齣髮,忽視勞動領域對倖福感的影響。本文從馬剋思主義勞動理論齣髮,分析瞭勞動與勞動者倖福感的關繫,髮現勞動者的工作自主性、工作滿足感、勞動公平感、是否遭遇工傷、收入與工作自主性的相互效應對其倖福感有顯著影響,勞動者的倖福感還呈現齣職業和工作單位類彆的差彆。提高勞動者的倖福感不能隻關註諸如收入增加、福利供給等因素,還應關註勞動者的工作自主性、和諧的勞動關繫和有保障的勞動權益。

In former research of happiness sense, living field is mainly starting point, influences of la?bor field being ignored. This paper analyzes co-relationship between labor and laborers ’happiness sense from Marxist labor theory, finding that laborer’s work autonomy, work satisfaction sense, labor justice sense, work injury experience, and co-effect of work autonomy with income have significant effects on la?borers’happiness sense. Also, laborers’happiness sense shows differences in occupations and work unit types. In order to raise laborers’happiness sense, it is not enough to concentrate on increasing laborers’ income and welfare only. We should also pay attention to laborers ’work autonomy, harmony of work rela?tions and labor right protection.
