试验以哈尔滨当地某牌玉米胚芽油为主要基础油,辅以松籽油、花生油、菜籽油及芝麻油开发具有特殊营养价值的调和油。通过气相色谱测定各种油的脂肪酸组成,根据油脂中饱和脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸的比例确定松子调和油中各种油脂的比例为:松籽油9.8%,玉米胚芽油57.6%,花生油1.7%,菜籽油28.0%,芝麻油2.9%。经检测该比例调和油,分析得到饱和脂肪酸:单不饱和脂肪酸:多不饱和脂肪酸比例为0.335∶1.000∶1.382。且调和油中含有其他油脂不含有的共轭亚油酸0.207%、皮诺敛酸1.439%,具有很高的营养价值。

T he test developed the special nutritional value blen d oil ,the main base oil is germ oil that is made in Harbin ,combined with pine nut oil ,peanut oil ,canola oil and sesame oil .Determine fatty acid composition of the various oils by gas chromatography .The ratio of the pine blend oil is determined by oils’ saturated fatty acids ,monounsaturated fatty acids ,and polyunsaturated fatty acid ,and the ratio is 9.8% pine nut oil ,57.6% corn germ oil ,1.7% peanut oil ,28.0% rapeseed oil ,2.9% sesame oil .After testing this oil ,saturated fatty acids:monounsaturated fatty acids :the ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids of 0.335∶1.000∶1.382 and this oil contain 0.207% Conjugated linoleic acid and 1.439% Pinolenic acid that disappear in other oils .It’ s with a high nutritional value .
