建立了甜菜中5种有机氯农药残留的测定方法,样品以正己烷:丙酮(1:1)作为提取溶剂经快速溶剂萃取仪提取,再经Flo risil小柱(固相萃取柱)净化后,旋蒸至干,定容。对于甜菜这种复杂基质的样品,采用GC‐M S‐M S多反应监测(M RM )方式进行定量和定性分析,可降低复杂基质的干扰,简化了分析步骤。加标水平分别为0.01、0.02、0.04 mg/kg时,回收率为89.5%~102.5%,符合农药残留检测的要求。用外标法定量,结果证明,该方法灵敏度高、快速、准确,适合甜菜中多种有机氯农药的检测。

An analytical method was established to determine five Organochlorine Pesticides residues in sugarbeet , the samples were extracted with n‐hexane‐acetone (1 :1 , V ;V) through accelerated Solvent extraction ,purified by Florisil solid phase extraction column ,concentrated by rotary evaporation ,brought to volume . Sugarbeet is a kind of complex matrix samples , so the detection of five Organochlorine Pesticides residues was carried out by GC‐MS‐MS in the multi‐reacting‐monitoring (MRM ) mode , minimized matrix interferences and simplied the analytical procedure . The recovery of the five Pesticides residues is about 89.5% ~102.5% when the add level is 0.01、0.02、0.04 mg/kg ,so the method accords with the demand for detection of Pesticides residues . The external reference method is used for quantify . The method is fast ,accurate and high sensitivity and it issuitable for determination of residual content of Organochlorine Pesticides in sugarbeet .
