目的：探讨ABX PENTRA 60血细胞分析仪在脑脊液细胞计数及分类中应用的可能性。方法：采用ABX PENTRA 60血细胞分析仪稀释模式对100份脑脊液标本进行白细胞计数、红细胞计数和白细胞分类分析，并与人工显微镜计数分类法结果进行对比。白细胞分类手工法采用瑞氏染色法，仪器法采用荧光染色和流式细胞术原理进行分类。结果：两种方法对脑脊液标本白细胞计数、红细胞计数、单个核及多个核细胞的绝对计数检测差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05），并且两种方法具有良好的相关性（白细胞计数r=0.988、红细胞计数r=0.988、单个核细胞绝对计数r=0.953，多个核细胞绝对计数r=0.981）。结论：应用ABX PENTRA 60血细胞分析仪的稀释模式进行脑脊液细胞计数、分类快速准确。全自动血细胞分析仪稀释模式检测脑脊液常规中细胞计数及分类可在临床应用中推广。
목적：탐토ABX PENTRA 60혈세포분석의재뇌척액세포계수급분류중응용적가능성。방법：채용ABX PENTRA 60혈세포분석의희석모식대100빈뇌척액표본진행백세포계수、홍세포계수화백세포분류분석，병여인공현미경계수분류법결과진행대비。백세포분류수공법채용서씨염색법，의기법채용형광염색화류식세포술원리진행분류。결과：량충방법대뇌척액표본백세포계수、홍세포계수、단개핵급다개핵세포적절대계수검측차이무통계학의의（ P>0.05），병차량충방법구유량호적상관성（백세포계수r=0.988、홍세포계수r=0.988、단개핵세포절대계수r=0.953，다개핵세포절대계수r=0.981）。결론：응용ABX PENTRA 60혈세포분석의적희석모식진행뇌척액세포계수、분류쾌속준학。전자동혈세포분석의희석모식검측뇌척액상규중세포계수급분류가재림상응용중추엄。
Objective:To evaluate the of ABX PENTRA 60 automatic blood cell analyzer in white cell count and classification of cerebrospinal fluid CSF). Methods:The diluted model of ABX PENTRA 60 automatic blood cell analy-zer was used to detect the white cell count and classification in 100 samples of CSF,and compared to the results ob-tained with manually microscopic counting method. White blood cell classification was performed by manual method un-der the microscope ,and instrumental method with fluorescence staining and flow cytometry. Results:There was no sta-tistical difference between instrumental and manual method in the counting of WBC,RBC,mononuclear cell and multinu-cleate cells(P>0. 05). And the good correlation existed between the two methods(0. 988,0. 988,0. 953and 0. 981 for WBC,RBC,mononuclear cell and multinucleate cell counts respectively). Conclusions:The fluid model of ABX PEN-TRA 60 automatic blood cell analyzer is rapid and accurate in white cell count and classification of CSF. The diluted model of ABX PENTRA 60 automatic blood cell analyzer in WBC and classification of CSF has the value of populariza-tion in clinical application.
