在择优性评价机制背景下,从高校教师胜任特质入手,筛选出符合教师教学职业化素养因子,并自编成行为问卷,以广西高校教师和学生为例进行问卷调查,由此分析高校教师教学职业化素养存在的问题,在此基础上提出了教师教学胜任力的五力与四个等级模型,以及评价机制改善建议。

From the perspective of selective evaluation and with college teachers’competency as the start-ing point,the author puts forth the elements of teachers’professional literacy,and then compiles a be-havior questionnaire basing on these elements.The questionnaire was conducted among college teachers and college students in Guangxi Province so that it exposes the problems in the process of professionali-zing college teachers.Centralizing these problems,this paper brings forth the five factors of college teachers’teaching competency and four grade evaluation models of competency.
