学校培养人的教育活动主要是通过教师教育行为来实现的，学校教育是否成功，主要取决于教师教育行为是否具有教育性等特征。教育行为主要是指教师对学生施加教育影响的外在表现，是教师在教育活动中对教育内容的理解处理、对教育过程的合理组织与学生交往的动态表现。教师教育行为是教师思想、知识、技能、品行、风格、情感、态度、价值观等综合素质的反映。现代学校教师教育行为具有教育性与思想性、社会性与目的性、科学性与文化性、规范性与合法性、策略性与艺术性等五大特征。

Education is mainly realized through teachers’education behavior and the success of education depends on the educativeness of teachers ’ education behavior. Education behavior refers to the expression of teachers’educating influence on the students,and the dynamic expression of the manipula-tion of the teaching contents,the organization of the teaching process and the communication between students and teachers. Teachers’education behavior is an overall reflection of a teacher’s idea,knowl-edge,skill,moral,and views of value.In our time,teachers’education behavior bears the 5 main char-acteristics,namely,ideological content,social content and purpose,scientificality and culturality,norma-tiveness and legality,and strategicality and artifulness.
