本文在充分的田野实地调查的基础上，对四川康定藏区民族基础教育的现状，以及存在的问题进行了分析和反思。力求全面、真实地反映出西部少数民族地区基础教育的现状和存在问题，包括直接、间接受影响群体（学生、家长、教师、各级政府官员等）的真实观点和看法。

본문재충분적전야실지조사적기출상，대사천강정장구민족기출교육적현상，이급존재적문제진행료분석화반사。력구전면、진실지반영출서부소수민족지구기출교육적현상화존재문제，포괄직접、간접수영향군체（학생、가장、교사、각급정부관원등）적진실관점화간법。
Based on a detailed on-site field survey, this paper analyzes and reflects on the present situation and existing problems of elementary education in the Kangding Tibetan Region, Sichuan. It seeks to offer a comprehensive and objective documentation of present conditions and on-going problems pertain?ing to elementary education of ethnic minorities in Western China, and also reflects truthful understanding and perspectives of those directly or indirectly impacted by the issues, such as students, parents, teachers, and government officials at various levels.
