目的：探讨交流技巧在宫外孕手术治疗后患者护理中的应用价值，以供临床采用合理的护理方式参考。方法回顾性分析我院于2012年1月至2013年10月收治的293例宫外孕行手术治疗患者的临床资料，根据术后护理方式的不同将其分为研究组(n=140)和对照组(n=153)，对照组给予术后常规护理，研究组则在对照组的基础上应用交流技巧对患者进行护理，对比分析两组患者的焦虑情绪以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的焦虑情绪改善情况以及对护理的满意度均明显优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论交流技巧在宫外孕手术治疗后患者的护理中具有较高的应用价值，能显著改善患者的情绪，提高患者的满意度，值得在临床上广泛推广。

Objective Application value of communication skills in nursing patients after surgical treatment for ectopic pregnancy is explored in this research, which will be the reference for clinical reasonable nursing method. Methods A retrospective analysis of 293 patients after surgical treatment for ectopic pregnancy was carried out in our hospital from Jan. 2012 to Oct. 2013. 293 patients were divided into control group (n=153) and research group (n=140) according to the different postoperative nursing measures. The control group was given routine nursing after operation, while the research group was given nursing with communication skills. Patients' anxiety level and nursing satisfaction were comparatively analysed between these two groups. Results The improvement of anxiety level and the satisfaction with nursing of the research group were significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Communication skills in nursing patients after surgical treatment for ectopic pregnancy is of high application value, which can significantly improve the patients' mood and their satisfaction. It is worth popularizing widely in clinics.
