一台12MW汽轮发电机组在大修后出现振动超标问题,被迫进行停机处理。通过对振动进行现场测试分析,故障主要原因是基础刚度不足和发电机转子动不平衡。制定方案处理后,振动故障得以消除,保证了机组长周期安全稳定运行。

A 12MW steam turbine generator unit has the problem of over-vibration after major overhaul and requires emergency shutdown for handling. Through the field test analysis on vibration ,the main fault causes are lack of foundation stiffness and dynamic unbalance of generator rotor. After handling the fault in according with the handling plan,the vibration fault is eliminated and the long-periodic safe and stable operation of the unit is guaranteed.
