目的：评估标准化粉尘螨滴剂舌下特异性免疫治疗(杂蕴陨栽)对单一和多重过敏的变应性鼻炎(A砸)儿童的临床疗效。方法68例尘螨过敏的A砸儿童，根据变应原皮肤点刺试验结果，将其分为两组：单一过敏组35例和多重过敏组33例，采用标准化粉尘螨滴剂进行舌下特异性免疫治疗(杂蕴陨栽)1年。对治疗前与接受杂蕴陨栽治疗3、6、9及12个月后的两组临床资料进行对比研究与分析。结果杂蕴陨栽治疗3、6、9及12个月后，两组内症状评分和药物评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(孕<0.01)；两组间症状评分和药物评分差异无统计学意义(孕>0.05)。结论舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗单一和多重过敏的儿童变应性鼻炎的临床治疗效果相当，因此，舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂可以应用于临床治疗尘螨合并多重过敏的儿童变应性鼻炎。
목적：평고표준화분진만적제설하특이성면역치료(잡온운재)대단일화다중과민적변응성비염(A잡)인동적림상료효。방법68례진만과민적A잡인동，근거변응원피부점자시험결과，장기분위량조：단일과민조35례화다중과민조33례，채용표준화분진만적제진행설하특이성면역치료(잡온운재)1년。대치료전여접수잡온운재치료3、6、9급12개월후적량조림상자료진행대비연구여분석。결과잡온운재치료3、6、9급12개월후，량조내증상평분화약물평분균저우치료전，차이유통계학의의(잉<0.01)；량조간증상평분화약물평분차이무통계학의의(잉>0.05)。결론설하함복분진만적제치료단일화다중과민적인동변응성비염적림상치료효과상당，인차，설하함복분진만적제가이응용우림상치료진만합병다중과민적인동변응성비염。
Objective To compare the efficacy of sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) with standardized Dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of monosensitized and polysensitized children with allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods 68 children with AR were selected in this study and divided into monosensitized group (n =35) and polysensitized group (n=33) according to the skin prick test results. All cases were treated with SLIT with standardized Dermatophagoides farinae drops for 1 year. The clinical data of two group before and 3, 6, 9 months after SLIT therapy were analyzed and compared. Results After 3, 6 9 and 12 months of SLIT therapy, the total nasal symptoms score and the total medication score in both groups were reduced significantly (P<0.01);but the total nasal symptoms score and the total medication score between two groups had no significant differences (P>0.05). Conclusions Sublingual immunotherapy with standardized Dermatophagoides farinae drops has equivalent efficacy in monosensitized and polysensitized children with allergic rhinitis. SLIT with standardized Dermatophagoides farinae drops should be considered in polysensitized children with allergic rhinitis.
